   Despite the efforts have been made to advance the children protection and rights, significant problems remain unresolved: child poverty and mortality, child labor, refugee, immigration, illiteracy, child marriage, social exclusion. Involvment of children in armed conflict, children trafficking, sexual abuse or abuse, inadequacy in health care, inadequate quality of time and healthy recreation of children are some of all the rights of children which continue to be violated worldwide.

   The imperialist wars, the "New World Order” and the sharpening of oppositions in the capitalist system, as the reason causes of the foregoing, compel the peoples and millions of children on the planet to economic strangulation, leaving them in the pursuit for the necessary elements to live with dignity their childhood.
