We'll Win Our Victory Only Together

   What does the bourgeois power in Russia stand on? On hoaxing people, on anti-people’s bourgeois legislation, on robbing natural resources of Russia and working people.

   The Housing Code accepted in Russia is a bourgeois authority’s strike on workers, pensioners – on everybody who turned out to be below the poverty line or at this line.

   The bourgeois authority based on private property is merciless and inhuman by its nature. Money decide everything! Russian bourgeoisie and an army of functionaries prepare for a common man a direct way to the cemetery or to fight for his rights, for his life!

   How to stop the total lawlessness? How to stop increasing of prices for housing maintenance and utilities, for food, for consumer goods? How to restore the national economy? What can we do to change the life conditions in favour of working people, of a worker, a pensioner, a teacher, an engineer, a scientist?

   Creation of state enterprises is necessary for this purpose. Only in such way it would be possible to put a halter upon inflation, to restore low prices for food and goods. For this purpose it is necessary to turn territorial, city and local committees of the CPRF to people’s headquarters. From the beginning of socialism destruction communists call upon you to organized struggle for your rights. The Law of public associations (1995) allows people to create territorial councils and their executive committees at the territories of electoral districts.

   It is possible to resurrect state, public enterprises – a base of people’s prosperity – only through the seizure of power of all levels. And to carry out socialist transformations through working people’s power. As it was done through the Soviet power after the October Socialist Revolution of 1917. That’s our way. And we should pass it.

   Now while there is no united state energy system in Russia, there are no state plants, enterprises and institutions, all the “national projects” are profanation, bluff and a hoax of people. Why? That’s because there is no industrial, economic base. Slums, misery and hunger are awaiting for us within bourgeois formation.

   There is no freedom – there is hired slavery.

   There is no democracy – there is power of capital.

   The state – the government, the president, the State duma – doesn’t protect working people, workers, children, pensioners. Should we take axes and pitchfork for our protection? Vladimir Ilyich Lenin has told we should take another way – not by terror but by creation a party of working class; we would persuade people in the rightness of communist ideas and lead it to fight for its rights, for working people’s rights, for socialism.

   Workers demand the trade unions, political parties to accept the law of nationalisation, of state enterprises. Only creation of state enterprises, plants, institutions, state Housing maintenance and utilities, united state energy system would allow to make prices for housing, energetics, nutrition low and regular. There are 80% state enterprises in Belarus Republic – there is no inflation and no price increasing. But the course of destruction of tails of state sector of economy through privatization, corporatization, through private business goes on in Russia.

   Engrossment and sale of state buildings, enterprises by private ownership goes on in Russia. The Post of Russia is to be sold by government to a rich private owner soon. The building of the 3rd City hospital in Khabarovsk is already sold. The 3rd City hospital named after Professor Sergey Karpovich Necipaev is to be closed up – the ill would be cured in the weather, and departments of the Medical university – Cardiology and Surgery – would be closed. Who can stop this lawlessness in Russia? Only communists can do this.

   Only with communist power the people would get a possibility to work at state enterprises and plants. Only with communist power state Housing maintenance and utilities would be created and low pices for housing, heating and food would be restored. Only communists together with the people, with public association would be able to create state public economy in Russia which would allow us to live like human beings and to collect the former USSR Republics into United Fraternal Union.

   We should follow the way Vladimir Ilyich Lenin has pointed. We should turn local, city, territorial and regional committees of the communist party of Russia to people’s headquarters. The most active, dynamic should join the communist party to carry out stable work in the struggle for their rights, for labour Russia’s rights.

   Our moral is a worker’s moral. The base of our life are state public enterprises, plants, housing maintenance and utilities. We should disdain our pennyworth cosiness in the name of working people’s freedom. But this freedom would come only with working people’s power. But only communists are mouthpieces of working people’s power. So, all the power – to communists. We’ll win our victory only together.

   We are being persuaded that we move forward to capitalism. But Gorbachev-Yeltsin “perestroika” has thrown Russia back to capitalism where above all is an irreconcilable contradiction, the contradiction between labour and capital. Why did it happen? It happened because the main, basic contradiction of socialism, the contradiction between labour and administration, was not solved in socialist Russia. So in order not to pass the power (administration) decisively to working people Gorbachev and Yeltsin resorted to capitalism restoration in Russia under the pretence of “perestroika” and reforms. But that meant destruction of the whole socialist formation, destruction of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. That meant return to olden time. The way back to capitalism. Herein speculators and thieves supported them inside the country as well as Western investors, the USA, the CIA from outside. The “perestroika” has finally shown its anti-people’s, anti-socialist character with shooting of the Soviet power and hundreds of unarmed people on October, 4, 1993.

   Under capitalism a worker has no opportunity to live a full human life because he is turned into means of money acquisition for owners of plants, privatw individual enterprises, limited companies. Now private industry is created at the ruins of state enterprises. The economy of Russia became raw-material. We live now at the expense of oil, coal, wood and other natural resources mercilessly consumed by bourgeois of Russia for personal profit and benefication. There is no high-developed industry, it is shot down and finished off by Yeltsinists. What is in store for Russia? If the people doesn’t elect communists to all leading positions in the nearest future – misery, slums, hunger, dying-out,especially of the Russian state-forming nation, are in store for the people. Monetary bondage, inflation, wage non-payment, unemployment, age discrimination, genocide, industrial and natural disasters are in store for us. The people of Russia faces a choice – to believe the President’s and the government’s fraudulent speeches and to dye out slowly but consequently, to turn into fearful, grungy slaves – or to shake off the narcotic of bourgeois propaganda about communists and to prepare itself to a decisive gap to power under their lead.

   The question arises more sharply than ever of communist power in Russia. Only they are able to lead Russia out of the threating catastrophe. Only communists together with the people will build up socialist industry and socialism in Russia. The people of Russia won’t rise from knees otherwise than by creation 60-80% state public manufacture and introduction of planned economy. Peoples of Italy and Latin America have understood it and elected communists to government authorities. But peoples of Belarus Republic, China, Vietnam, Cuba have never planned to change socialism to capitalism. These countries’ progress and increasing level of life are the best evidence of advantage of socialist formation, state public manufacture over capitalist.

   The people of Russia together with communists will build new modern state public plants and farms. Our youth will get familiar with new workers’ specialties which will match engineers’. Directors of plants, schools, institutions and enterprises will be elected by tender. The former Republics of the USSR will follow Russia and join Russia in a Fraternal Union of Republics. Military conflicts at Caucasus and in Middle Asia will be stopped. All peoples and nations will live where they see proper. That’s communist power together with the people that provides all this.

   Moral standards and values will be accepted as basis for freedoms and law. A man will be a friend, a comrade and a brother for a man. The social justice will be restored. Laws regulating wages, pensions, enterprises, social security, prices fro food, health and resort services. The state protection of motherhood, childhood, pensioners, military men. It is worth turning local, city, territorial committees of communists to people’s headquarters and joining the communist party for the most active, dynamic and brave. Only then it will be possible to break inhuman and nasty bourgeois chains and to reach liberation from bourgeois oppression.
