   Barack Obama

   Mr. President Barack Obama!

   Since 1998, Five Cuban citizens undergo the numerous violations of the basic human rights on the territory of the USA. Their names are Antonio Guerrero Rodriguez, Fernando Gonzalez Llort, Gerardo Hernandez Nordelo, Ramon Labañino Salazar and Rene Gonzalez Sehwerert.

   During all these 15 years the Five were unjustly sentenced to the long terms of imprisonment, they were kept in the most severe imprisonment conditions and have been repeatedly refused their right to see their families, attorneys and consuls. Each of them was additionally punished with the almost 2-years-lock-up confinement without any ground. One of them, Gerardo Hernandez, was sentenced to two life imprisonment terms on charges that have never been proved. Besides, he was refused of the right on the appeal and deprived of the right to be visited by his wife. Rene Gonzalez was released after having served the unjust sentence of imprisonment, but he was allowed to return to Cuba only after one and a half year and provided that he abandons the citizenship of the USA.

   These people have discharged the sacred duty of every dignified citizen of the world, when they have firmly and courageously defended the civil people, women, old people, children and all people, living on Cuba, from the attacks that were planned and committed during decades by the terrorist groups acting from the territory of the Southern part of the Florida state.

   Mr. President, these people must be released. We consider, that it is up to you to use the right given to you as a President of the USA by the Constitution of the country and to release Gerardo, Ramon, Antonio and Fernando giving them a possibility to come back to their Motherland where their relatives and 11 millions of the peaceful Cubans are waiting for them with a great love.

   Mr. President, respond to the appeals voiced by the citizens of all continents during many years: Free the Cuban Five!
